Provider Terms — Daylight Time Tracking & Timesheets for Jira

1. Scope

These Provider Terms supplement the Atlassian Marketplace End User License Agreement (the "EULA") governing your use of Daylight Time Tracking & Timesheets for Jira (the "App") supplied by Modul4r Solutions ("Provider"). Where the EULA and these terms conflict, the EULA controls.

2. License

Subject to the EULA and payment of applicable fees (collected by Atlassian as merchant of record), Provider grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App with your licensed Atlassian products for your internal business purposes.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the App except as the EULA permits; (b) use the App to violate law or any third party's rights; or (c) attempt to circumvent the App's licensing or usage limits.

4. Data

The App processes data as described in the Privacy Policy. The App runs on Atlassian Forge and does not transmit your data outside Atlassian. You are responsible for your Atlassian administrators' configuration and for the accuracy of time data entered by your users.

5. Support and updates

Provider offers support via support@modul4r.com on a commercially reasonable-effort basis, and may release updates, improvements, and changes to the App from time to time. Specific response-time commitments, if any, are stated on the Marketplace listing or support page.

6. Warranty disclaimer

Except as required by the EULA or non-waivable law, the App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose. The App assists with time recording; you remain responsible for verifying time data used for payroll, billing, or compliance.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Provider's aggregate liability arising from or relating to the App is limited to the fees paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim. Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Term and termination

These terms apply while the App is installed. Uninstalling the App ends the license; Atlassian removes the App's stored data on uninstall.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your location and to the EULA.
